Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1357297A1] The centrifugal pump unit has an electric motor and an impeller wheel (6) connected to the rotor (2) of the electric motor via a shaft (4) and at least one elastic element (14) in the force flow path between the impeller wheel and the rotor. The elastic element has an elastic hysteresis and is arranged between the rotor and the shaft. An elastic element can be arranged between the shaft and impeller wheel.
