The fibre mixture contains preferably 10 - 90 per cent of one type, which can be of a polymer, cotton or cellulose and have cross-sections with a wide range of configurations, from geometrical shapes to letters of the alphabet, between 0.01 and 3 mm long and 0.01 - 0.6 mm in diameter.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'application (10) d'un produit (P) comprenant un support (11) définissant au moins une surface (12) exempte de relief s'étendant continûment sur sensiblement toute la longueur du support, la surface (12) étant au moins en partie recouverte d'un revêtement de flocage formé d'un mélange d'au moins deux fibres (13) différentes de manière à définir, à la surface du revêtement de flocage, des irrégularités visibles à l'oeil nu et/ou perceptibles au toucher et, aptes à permettre au dispositif d'application de se charger en produit. <IMAGE>
