Abstract (en)
Recognizing the machine condition of elements or components of an oscillation device (1) in continuous casting machines for liquid metals, especially liquid steel, comprises recording a characteristic line (7) for the material condition (8) via step-wise or continuous position changes (6) of the oscillation drive (4), and comparing with a characteristic line (9) corresponding with each condition during the operation. An Independent claim is also included for a device for recognizing the machine condition of elements or components of an oscillation device in continuous casting machines for liquid metals, especially liquid steel.

Ein Verfahren und eine Einrichtung zum Erkennen des Maschinenzustandes einer Oszillationsvorrichtung (1) in Stranggießanlagen für flüssige Metalle, insbesondere für flüssigen Stahl, mit einer auf einem Hubtisch (2) gelagerten Stranggießkokille (3), wobei der Hubtisch (2) über einen oder mehrere Oszillationsantriebe (4) in einer federnden Führung (5) periodisch auf- und abbewegt wird, gestattet eine dauerhafte Überwachung dahingehend, dass über schrittweise oder kontinuierliche Positionsänderungen (6) des Oszillationsantriebs (4) eine Kennlinie (7) für den Gut-Zustand (8) aufgezeichnet wird und dass diese danach mit einer dem jeweiligen Zustand im Betrieb entsprechenden Kennlinie (9) verglichen wird. <IMAGE>
