Abstract (en)
The procedure consists of forming the board from plaster and layers of paper, hardening by hydration to give a hydrated product with a water content of under 80 per cent and preferably 33 - 50 per cent, cutting into sheets (10a - 10e; 11a - 11d) and drying. Following hydration and during the drying stage the sheets are moved by vertical or oblique conveyors (9). The conveyor used in the drying stage passes through two separate zones.

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication de plaques de plâtre comprenant les étapes suivantes: (i): formage de la plaque; (ii): durcissement par hydratation jusqu'à obtention d'un produit hydraté à une teneur inférieure à 80%; (iii): cisaillement en plaques; (iv): poursuite de l'hydratation au cours de la translation de la plaque selon un axe perpendiculaire ou oblique par rapport au plan de la plaque; et/ou; (v): séchage au cours de la translation de la plaque selon un axe perpendiculaire ou oblique par rapport au plan de la plaque. L'invention a encore pour objet un dispositif pour sa mise oeuvre. <IMAGE>
