[origin: DE10105031A1] The invention relates to a device for injecting fuel into the combustion chambers of an internal combustion engine. Said device comprises a pump (2) which supplies a high-pressure collecting chamber (3) with fuel under high pressure. A high pressure supply line leads from said chamber to an injector (5) containing a metering valve (7) which pressurises an injection nozzle (24) by means of fuel. A damper throttle (26) is associated with the metering valve (7) and is connected to part of the high-pressure region.
