Abstract (en)

[origin: WO02054500A1] The invention concerns photosensitive sensors, in particular electronic image sensors in CMOS integrated circuit technology. The sensor (40) comprises a substrate (42) having an array of pixels (44) forming a photosensitive surface receiving light beams (r1, r2, r3, r4, r5, r6) and in the path of the light beams, a holographic layer (48) having a registered hologram, the holographic layer having an optical function corresponding to the reciprocal of a function of spatial diffusion so as to bring closer to the normal at the photosensitive surface, the light beams arriving on the layer under dispersed oblique incident angles. The invention is applicable to low-cost cameras, optical sensors.
