Abstract (en)
System for sorting boards/beams used as intermediate products in the manufacture of laminated wood comprises a measuring device (200) for investigating and classifying the boards according to their strength and/or optical criteria, and a sorting conveyor (202) for transporting the boards to a sorting device (204) for sorting the boards according to their classification. A re-sorting station (208) is provided for visual/manual re-classification of boards which are not or are unclearly classified in the measuring device. A first conveying device (206) transports the re-classified boards from the sorting conveyor to the re-sorting station, and a second conveying device (210) returns the re-classified boards to the sorting conveyor.

Eine Anlage zum Sortieren von Brettern bzw. Balken als Zwischenprodukt für die Herstellung von Schichtholz weist eine Nachsortierstation (208) zum visuellen bzw. manuellen Nachklassifizieren von solchen Brettern bzw. Balken auf, die in der der Sortieranlage vorgeschalteten Meßanlage (200) nicht oder unzureichend klassifiziert wurden. Die nachzuklassifizierenden Bretter oder Balken werden über eine Fördereinrichtung (206) automatisch der Nachsortierstation (208) zugeführt, nach dem Nachklassifizieren über eine Fördereinrichtung (214) wieder in den Sortierförderer (202) eingespeist und dann in die entsprechende Sortieretage der Sortieretageneinrichtung (204) abgelegt. <IMAGE>
