The device has at least three rotary bodies interacting in pairs in a print-on position; they are a satellite cylinder (24), at least one forme cylinder (01) that interacts with the satellite cylinder in the print-on position and at least one ink roller (04) that interacts with the forme cylinder in the print-on position. At least two of the rotation bodies simultaneously have a setting up speed that is different from a production speed and null.

Eine Druckeinheit weist einen Satellitenzylinder (24) und zwei in einer Druck-An-Stellung jeweils mit dem Satellitenzylinder zusammen wirkende Formzylinder (01;09) sowie je Formzylinder eine mit diesen in einer Druck-An-Stellung zusammen wirkende Farbwalze (04) auf, wobei einer der Formzylinder (01;09) eine von einer Produktionsdrehzahl (PF2) und von der Drehzahl Null (NFZ) verschiedene Rüstdrehzahl (RFZ) aufweist, während die diesem Formzylinder zugeordnete Farbwalze (04) von einer Produktionsdrehzahl (PW) und von der Drehzahl Null (NW) verschiedene Drehzahl (WLW) für ein Weiterlaufen der Farbwalze oder ein Voreinfärben (VEW) aufweist und sich der Satellitenzylinder im Stillstand (NSZ) befindet.
