Abstract (en)
Solution (S1) for protecting organs, isolated cell systems or tissues from injury after perfusion, operation, transplantation or cryopreservation and subsequent reperfusion comprises alkali metal and optionally alkaline earth metal electrolytes, a buffer, a polyol and/or sugar and a hydroxamic acid, the solution having an osmolarity of 290-350 mOsm/l and a pH of 6.8-7.4. Independent claims are also included for: (1) solution (S2) for the above purpose comprising alkali metal and optionally alkaline earth metal electrolytes, a histidine-based buffer and a polyol and/or sugar, the solution having an osmolarity of 290-350 mOsm/l and a pH of 6.8-7.4; (2) production of S1 or S2 by dissolving the electrolytes in excess water with stirring, adding the buffer and then the hydroxamic acid, adjusting the pH, adding the osmolytes and making the solution up to the target volume with water.

Beschrieben wird eine protektive Lösung zur Vermeidung von Ischämieschäden an Organen, oder an isolierten Zellsystemen oder Gewebeteilen nach Perfusion, Operation, Transplantation oder Kryokonservierung und anschließender Reperfusion, welche als Elektrolyte Alkali- gegebenenfalls auch Erdalkaliionen, einen Puffer sowie einen Polyol und/oder einen Zucker enthält, eine Osmolarität von etwa 290 mosm/l bis etwa 350 mosm/l sowie einen pH-Wert von etwa 6,8 bis etwa 7,4 aufweist, und der Hydroxamsäure und/oder eines oder mehrere Hydroxamsäurederivate zugesetzt sind. <IMAGE>
