[origin: EP1362700A2] The plate changing process involves decoupling the plate cylinders (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) when the change position is reached and positioning them there until all of them have reached the change position. At this point, they are re-coupled. They are then decoupled again, followed by re-coupling them in the main drive in their printing position.
