Abstract (en)
The implement unit comes complete with drive motor and tool (30) carried on shaft (12) using the tool to free ground surface material (4). The unit housing (6) contains the drive and the shaft (12) projects from housing ends (72), using opposing housing wall (8) to lash onto the machine. The preferred excavator machine connects unit (5) to boom, with unit-fitted spray fitment. One half (11) of a coupling fitted to wall (8) allows the unit (5) to be fitted exchangeably to the boom-mounted second half of the coupling. The housing (6) prevents a sleeve (7) with drive motor inside and closed at top opening (71) by wall (8), the coupling half (11) secured to the closure plate (8). A hollow adapter (15) at the far side opening (72) encloses the shaft (12), the tool head (30) being coupled to the free end of the shaft (12) as led through adapter (15).

Das Anbaugerät weist ein Aggregat (5) auf, welches eine Antriebseinheit mit einem Motor sowie einen Arbeitskopf (30) umfasst. Dieser Arbeitskopf (30) ist so ausgeführt, dass es das Material der zu bearbeitenden Oberfläche lösen kann. Zu diesem ist der Arbeitskopf (30) als ein Fräser ausgeführt. Dieser Fräskopf (30) hat einen scheibenförmigen Grundkörper (31), welcher mit dem freien Ende einer Antriebswelle (12) gekoppelt ist. Von der Unterseite des Fräskopfgrundkörpers (31) stehen Fräswerkzeuge (35) ab. Das jeweilige Fräswerkzeug (35) umfasst ein Schneidwerkzeug (36), welches in einer Haltevorrichtung (37) auswechselbar bzw. nachstellbar festgespannt ist, wobei diese Haltevorrichtung (37) an einen Tragblock (38) angeschlossen ist. Die Längsachse A der Haltevorrichtung (37) und somit auch des Schneidwerkzeuges (36) schliesst mit der Unterseite des Fräskopfes (30) einen Winkel Alpha, welcher kleiner ist als 90 Grad. Sonst ist das Fräswerkzeug (35) so angeordnet, dass die Achse A des Schneidwerkzeuges (36) tangential zur Drehrichtung D des Fräskopfes (30) verläuft und gegen diese Drehrichtung D gerichtet ist. <IMAGE>
