Diese bewirken, dass p53-Protein-exprimierende Zellen von T-Zellen, die mit jenen Genen ausgestattet wurden, erkannt werden, Zytokine ausgeschüttet werden, und eine T-Zell-induzierte Lyse und/oder Apoptose von Tumor- oder Leukämiezellen herbeigeführt wird.
