[origin: WO02066818A1] A fuel injection valve (1) comprising a solenoid coil (2) which interacts with an armature (9) which is impinged upon by a return spring (16), said armature being provided with a valve needle, a valve closing body (13) being provided on the valve needle (10), said valve closing body forming a tight seat with the body of a valve seat (14), and at least one contact lug (6) which is conductively connected to the solenoid coil (2). A metal hollow body (25) forms a feed-side extension of the fuel injection valve (1). A connector (26) with a contact lug (2) can be placed on the metal hollow body (25) in such a way that the contact lug (28) of the connector (26) can be conductively connected to the contact lug (6) of the solenoid coil (2).
