Abstract (en)
The arrangement consists of a single-layer or preferably multi-layer wall, floor or ceiling element (1) of fire- and heat-resistant fire protection material and a bearer construction. The element has an opening for e.g. built-in lights (2). A pot-shaped molded part (4) near the opening has an internal and external insulating layer material (5) that inflates and/or forms a carbon barrier layer under the effects of heat and/or fire. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a method of manufacturing an inventive lower ceiling, wall or base plate for fire protection purposes (b) and a molded part for a lower ceiling, wall or base plate for fire protection.

Um eine Unterdecke, Wand- oder Bodenplatte für Brandschutzzwecke, bestehend aus einem ein- oder mehrlagig ausgebildeten Wand-, Boden oder Deckenelement (1) aus einem feuer- und hitzebeständigen Brandschutzmaterial, sowie einer das Element (1) haltenden Tragkonstruktion, wobei das Element (1) mit einer Öffnung zur Anordnung von Installationsteilen oder elektrotechnischen Bauteilen (2,3), versehen ist, zu schaffen, bei der mit einfachen, seriell gefertigten Elementen die Anordnung von Installationsteilen oder elektrischen Einbauteilen, vereinfacht ist, wird vorgeschlagen, dass im Bereich der Öffnung ein topfartiges Formteil (4) angeordnet ist, welches innenseitig und/oder außenseitig ein eine Dämmschicht bildendes Material (5) aufweist, welches unter der Einwirkung Hitze und/oder Feuer aufbläht und/oder eine Karbonsperrschicht bildet. <IMAGE>
