Abstract (en)
The material (10) is equipped with geometric structures (11), each consisting of a continuous yarn made of an electrically conductive material. The structures are distributed in a regular pattern and do not touch each other; their size is adjusted to half of the wave length of the frequency of the electromagnetic waves to be reflected selectively. The structures are crosses with sides (12) of an identical length; circular spaces (13) are formed between the crosses.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein der Abschirmung gegen elektromagnetische Wellen dienendes textiles Grundmaterial (10) mit daran angeordneten Bestandteilen aus einem elektrisch leitenden Material, wobei an dem textilen Grundmaterial (10) jeweils aus einem durchlaufenden, aus dem elektrisch leitenden Material bestehenden Faden hergestellte geometrische Strukturen (11) in einer regelmäßigen Verteilung ohne gegenseitige Berührung ausgebildet sind, deren Abmessung auf die halbe Wellenlänge der selektiv zu reflektierenden Frequenz der elektromagnetischen Wellen abgestimmt ist. <IMAGE>
