Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1369363A1] Gluing machine used in the production of folded cardboard boxes from blanks comprises a folding station in which blank parts provided with adhesive strips are folded, and a transfer station with a device for ejecting reject boxes which consists of a circular knife cutting in the conveying direction and a device (11) arranged on each long side of the transfer station for laterally removing side parts separated on longitudinal cutting. A collecting/pressing device presses the flat folded boxes to set the glue. The device for laterally removing the side parts consists of a turntable (16) rotating permanently at high speed which is driven by an electromotor (17) and is arranged next to a conveying belt pair, and at least two pressure disks (18, 19) which are arranged behind each other in the running direction behind the middle and on the outer edge of the turntable.
