[origin: EP1369517A2] The present invention is related to a cleansing tissue, comprising a thermobonded non-woven fabric formed from a mixture of fibers containing greater than 75% of thermoplastic fibers, the non-woven fabric having a plurality of cells, each cell having a first density and a first volume, the cells being disposed adjacent to one another defining a region between adjacent cells, the region having a second density and a second volume, the second density being higher than the first density, and the second volume being less than the first volume. <??>The fabric becomes thicker and its softness is increased because the cells have a low density large sized regions.
