Abstract (en)

[origin: WO02074255A2] The invention relates to automatically foaming and/or foam-type cosmetic or dermatological preparations which comprise I) an emulsifying system containing A) at least one emulsifier A selected from the group of fully, partially, or non-neutralised, cross-linked and/or non cross-linked, saturated and/or unsaturated fatty acids having a chain length of 10 - 40 carbon atoms; B) at least one emulsifier B selected from the group of polyethoxylated fatty acid esters having a chain length of 10 - 40 carbon atoms and a degree of ethoxylation ranging from 5 to 100 and C) at least one coemulsifier C selected from the group of saturated and/or unsaturated, cross-linked or non cross-linked fatty alcohols having a chain length of 10 - 40 carbon atoms; II) up until 30 wt. % - in relation to the total weight of the preparations of a lipid phase; 1 - 90 vol. % - in relation to the total volume of the preparation of at least one gas selected from the group consisting of air, oxygen, nitrogen, helium, argon, nitrous gas (N2O) and carbon dioxide (CO2); IV) 0.01 -10 % wt. % of one or more gel formers selected from the group of inorganic thickening agents.
