Abstract (en)

[origin: WO02076698A2] The invention relates to the production of mortar mixture in a positive mixer and the application by means of a spray nozzle to an application surface for coating. According to the invention, larger distances and also heights may be bridged, whereby the dry mortar starting mixture is pumped by means of an air feed from an injection unit over a transport hose of corresponding length in a fine stream to a mixer directly before the spray nozzle in the region of the application surface. The starting mixture is mixed with water therein and carried to the spray nozzle in a dense stream and applied to the application surface by means of the pressure of the compressed air introduced thereto.
