[origin: WO02072335A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a plastically moulded, biaxially drawn PLA film. According to said method, a biaxially drawn PLA film is heated to a high temperature and is plastically moulded by a pneumatic or mechanical force, or by a combination of pneumatic and mechanical force. The invention also relates to packaging produced from biaxially drawn, plastically moulded PLA film of this type and to a method for producing said packaging and the use thereof.
