[origin: WO02075855A1] The invention relates to a power connector for a printed circuit comprising: an insulating base (14) which is provided with a support face (15) on the printed circuit and a housing (16) that is connected to a laterally-disposed opening (17); a pin (18, 19) that passes through the support face perpendicularly and which is provided with a connection portion (22, 27) that projects into the housing and two faces (23, 28) that are parallel to a plane that is perpendicular to the opening; an insulating support (31) which is disposed to be at least partially inserted in the housing through the opening; and a plug (34) which is solidly connected to the support and which is provided with two flexible tabs (35) in order to be applied to the faces of the connection portion of the pin.
