Abstract (en)

[origin: DE10113273A1] The invention relates to a method for producing composite moulded parts, whereby a) a single or multilayered film is introduced into a tool, b) said film being or to be thermoformed, c) the film is rear-injected or rear-pressed according to an injection moulding method or a pressing method, with a fused plastic material containing a pore-forming foaming agent and a fibrous material, and d) the composite moulded part is removed from the tool.

[origin: DE10113273A1] Deepdrawn or thermoformed mono- or multiple films placed in a tool and there sprayed or pressed from below with fused plastics followed by composite removal from the tool. Pressing is by extrusion, swelling or pre-forming and uses a chemical driving agent and fibers inserted so the volatiles have been divided from this agent once the plastics is inserted in the tool. The one film consists of a mix of polyamides and polyethylene monomers and comprises substrate, intermediate or decorative layer and a transparent cover layer, notably a UV-wettable resin. Preferred fibers include glassfiber and carbon or natural fibers.
