[origin: WO02077721A1] The invention relates to a device for adjusting a time indicator comprising a gear train (1), the kinematic chain of which comprises a sliding pinion (2) which is driven by a driving mobile (3). The sliding pinion drives a driven mobile (4) when the driving mobile turns in a first direction (A) and disconnects from said driven mobile when the driving mobile (9) turns in a second opposing direciton (B). The shaft (6) that forms the sliding pinion (2) is engaged in a groove (7) having first (9) and second (12) end sections, of which at least the first end section (9) is directed radially (R) to the driven mobile (4).
