Unlike conventional devices, the inventive device comprises at least two components from organic material and is therefore substantially less expensive and less complicated to produce than known devices that require a combination of organic with conventional electronic components. The inventive device completely eliminates, under certain circumstances, the need for conventional silicon semiconductor technology.
