[origin: WO0152525A2] The aim of the invention is to remove in terms of their effect on imaging sensor-related defects. To this end, the sensor matrix (1) is mechanically shifted by a predetermined vector (<o>S</o>). Since the mechanic shift leads to a shift of the imaging of the imaging ray (B1, B2) but not to a shift of the defects (xz, yz), a comparison of the images stored before and after the mechanical shift (71, 72, 9) and the comparative signal matrix DELTA resulting from said comparison can be used to detect where sensor-related defects are located.
