Abstract (en)
The method for transforming flat metal material (16) into corrugated structure (18) with specified corrugation height and cross-sectional shape involves adjustment of axial distance (A) between forming rolls (28,30), as well as adjustment of flank clearance between meshing roll teeth (32,32). Adjustment of flank clearance takes place by angular displacement of rolls relative to one another. Independent claims are also included for (a) apparatus for implementation of the proposed method for producing a corrugated structure; (b) a method for continuous production of a compound material with a corrugated element; and (c) installation for continuous production of a compound material with a corrugated element.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Umformen eines metallischen Flachmaterials in ein metallisches Wellenprofil bei dem das Flachmaterial zwischen zwei miteinander kämmende Verzahnungen zweier rotierender, verzahnter Walzen hindurchgeführt wird. Zum Einstellen einer gewünschten Profilhöhe kann der Achsabstand zwischen den Walzen und zum Vorgeben eines Profilquerschnitts kann das Flankenspiel zwischen den miteinander kämmenden Verzahnungen eingestellt werden. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren und eine Anlage zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung eines Verbundmaterials aus einem mit Hilfe des zuvor beschriebenen Verfahren oder der zuvor beschriebenen Vorrichtung umgeformten metallischen Wellenprofils und mindestens einem weiteren Flachmaterial, das mit dem Wellenprofil zur Bildung des Verbundmaterials fest verbunden wird. <IMAGE>
