Abstract (en)
The pneumatic impact tool has an axially reciprocating piston (2) and a contactless magnetic field sensor (3) positioned radially relative to the piston, for detection of several axially spaced regions (4) of differing magnetic permeability on the radial outside of the latter. A solid-state or inductive magnetic field sensor is used, positioned within a guide sleeve (5) for the piston movement, its signals fed to a microprocessor (6) for calculating the position and/or velocity of the piston.

Ein pneumatisches Schlagwerk mit einem axial hin- und herbewegten, schlagend beanspruchten Flugkolben (2), wobei diesem radial ein berührungslos angeordneter magnetfeldempfindlicher Sensor (3) zugeordnet ist, dass der Flugkolben (2) zumindest radial aussen ferromagnetisches Material aufweist und dass der Flugkolben (2) mehrere axial beabstandete Bereiche (4) unterschiedlicher magnetischer Permeabilität aufweist. <IMAGE>
