Abstract (en)
Assembly consists of a container (20) for a fluid, fitted with a distributing head with outlet nozzle(s) (40). The head is covered by a cap (30) with at least one aperture that can be aligned with the outlet nozzle(s). Each aperture is a slit in a flexible membrane (50) with edges (52a, 52b) that open when the slit is aligned with a nozzle, the membrane being made in one piece with the cap. The assembly consists of a container (20) for a fluid, especially cosmetic product, fitted with a distributing head that has at least one outlet nozzle (40). The head is covered by a cap (30) with at least one aperture that can be aligned with the outlet nozzle(s) or cover them to prevent the product escaping. Each aperture in the cap is in the form of a slit in a flexible membrane (50) with edges (52a, 52b) that open when the slit is aligned with a nozzle, the membrane being made in one piece with the cap, especially by bi-injection.

La présente invention concerne un ensemble de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit fluide comprenant : un récipient (20;...; 620), destiné à contenir le produit, qui comporte une ouverture ; une tête de distribution (10;...; 610), équipant le récipient, comportant au moins un embout (40;...; 440) muni d'un orifice de distribution (42,..., 642) apte à communiquer avec l'intérieur du récipient ; une capsule (30;...; 630) comprenant au moins une fenêtre (39;...; 639) délimitée par un bord s'étendant au moins en partie dans un plan (P); la capsule étant mobile, autour de et/ou selon l'axe de l'ouverture du récipient, par rapport à l'embout entre une position de fermeture dans laquelle l'orifice de distribution est au moins en partie en regard d'une portion de la capsule s'étendant à distance de la fenêtre et une position d'ouverture dans laquelle l'orifice de distribution est situé à l'extérieur de la capsule, à distance non nulle dudit plan (P), l'orifice de distribution restant à position fixe par rapport au récipient. <IMAGE>
