Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1375399A2] The machine for separating magazines or brochures (1) fed as an overlapping stream (2) on a first conveyor (3) comprises two suction belt conveyors (5, 6) positioned between it and a second conveyor (4) moving at a lower speed. The first suction belt conveyor is driven at the speed of the first conveyor and the second at that of the second conveyor. The size of the suction field of the first suction belt can be adjusted to fit different formats of magazine.
