Die Erfindung betrifft eine Waschmaschine (1), insbesondere eine programmgesteuerte Haushaltswaschmaschine, mit einer drehbaren Waschtrommel (2) zur Aufnahme von Waschgut, wobei ein Leitungssystem (3,4) vorhanden ist, mit dem Waschflotte aus dem Bereich (5) unterhalb der Waschtrommel (2) in den oberen Bereich (6) der Waschtrommel (2) gefördert und dort auf das Waschgut in der Waschtrommel (2) gespritzt werden kann. Zur Verbesserung der Benetzung des Waschguts mit Spülflotte ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass im Endbereich (7) des Leitungssystems (3,4) Mittel (8) zur Umlenkung der aus dem Leitungssystem (3,4) austretenden Waschflotte angeordnet sind. <IMAGE>
