Abstract (en)
In a process to withdraw a felt or sieve belt (14) from a paper processing machine, a tensioning frame (10) is pre-positioned on the operator's side of the machine. The belt is then withdrawn with the assistance of a number of traverse-grips (16) which move through commensurate guides. Also claimed is a process to insert a replacement endless belt, a process to exchange an endless belt, and a commensurate frame. The traverse-grips move on slides through grooves and are fitted with web-clamps. The traverse grips and clamps can swivel into and out of the paper machine. The grips are moved as required by an electric motor-driven cable coupled to the slide.

Bei einem Verfahren zum Herausziehen eines endlosen Bandes (14), insbesondere Filz- oder Siebbandes, aus einer Papiermaschine wird auf der Führerseite der Papiermaschine eine Aufspannvorrichtung (10) positioniert und das betreffende Band mittels mehrerer entlang einer jeweiligen Führung quer zur Maschinenlaufrichtung traversierender Greifer (16) aus der Papiermaschine heraus und auf die Aufspannvorrichtung gezogen. Es werden überdies ein Verfahren zum Einziehen eines endlosen Bandes, ein Verfahren zum Auswechseln eines endlosen Bandes sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Herausziehen, Einziehen und/oder Auswechseln eines endlosen Bandes beschrieben. <IMAGE>
