The elastified dividing wall construction has a panelling (11,12) on both sides interconnected by U-sections (13,14) which each have a base section (15) extending at right angles to the panelling and fastening sections (16,17) which with the base section each include an obtuse angle of more than 90 degrees in such a way that by the fastening sections in the panelled state an at least partially elastic spring unit (18) is defined. The profiled sections are constructed as flat profiled surfaces and the panelling on a fastening section is created by two abutting panels (19,20). An Independent claim is included for an upright profile for use with a dividing wall construction.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine elastifizierte Trennwandkonstruktion, die beidseits jeweils eine Beplankung (11, 12) aufweist, die über U-Profile (13, 14) miteinander verbunden sind. Dabei weisen die U-Profile (13, 14) jeweils einen senkrecht zur Beplankung (11, 12) verlaufenden Basisabschnitt (15) und daran abgewinkelt beidseits anschließend zwei Befestigungsabschnitte (16, 17) zur Befestigung der Beplankung (11, 12) auf. Die Trennwandkonstruktion zeichnet sich weiterhin dadurch aus, dass die Befestigungsabschnitte (16, 17) mit dem Basisabschnitt (15) jeweils einen stumpfen Winkel α von mehr als 90° einschließen, derart, dass durch die Befestigungsabschnitte (16, 17) im beplankten Zustand eine zumindest teilweise elastische Federeinrichtung (18) definiert wird. <IMAGE>
