Abstract (en)
A lock for a furniture door has an elliptical cross section to fit into a compact space at the edge of the door. The lock body has flattened two opposite flattened edges as does the socket. The lock barrel has an extension with a stepped profile which locates into a stepped recess in the lock socket, which is fitted into the door frame. The inside edge of the socket has a locking edge provided by an insert stud.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Schub- oder Druckzylinderschloß (1), wobei das Schließblech (2) in einer Ausnehmung einer Wand des zu verschließenden Schrankes oder Behältnisses angeordnet ist, während das Schlossgehäuse (3) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite in einer Aussparung des aufliegenden Profilrohrrahmens angeordnet wird. Hierzu ist der Zylinderkern (4) an seinem Inneren, dem Schließblech (2) zugekehrten Endabschnitt mit einer Durchmesserveränderung versehen, die einerseits ein sicheres Verriegeln des Schlosses ermöglicht, es aber auch andererseits gestattet, diese Durchmesserveränderung wiederum außer Eingriff von dem Schließblech (2) zu bringen. <IMAGE>
