Abstract (en)
The radiator consists of at least two glass panels (2, 3, 4) with a resistance circuit (10) based on glass and silver applied by serigraphy between the first (2) and second (4) panels, with a third (3) trim panel in the front. The serigraphy process uses a mixture or ink based on fritted glass, silver and an organic binding agent such as ethyl cellulose. The radiator consists of at least two glass panels (2, 3, 4) with a resistance circuit (10) based on glass and silver applied by serigraphy between the first (2) and second (4) panels, with a third (3) trim panel in the front. The serigraphy process uses a mixture or ink based on fritted glass, silver and an organic binding agent such as ethyl cellulose. The second and optional third panels have a coating of adhesive (32, 42) on their surfaces (31, 41) facing the first panel (2), and at least one of the panels is fitted with a temperature limiter that switches off the power to the circuit at a predetermined temperature e.g. of 90 degrees C.

Ce radiateur comprend au moins deux panneaux (2, 3, 4) en verre entre deux desquels est disposé un circuit résistif (10), à base de verre et d'argent et déposé par sérigraphie sur l'une des faces latérales (21) d'un premier panneau (2) tournée vers un deuxième panneau (4). Le procédé de fabrication de ce radiateur comprend des étapes consistant à déposer par sérigraphie, sur une face latérale (21) d'un panneau de verre (2) non trempé, une encre conductrice comprenant du verre, de l'argent et un liant organique ; à chauffer ce panneau (2) à une température telle que le verre contenu dans l'encre fond, alors que le liant est éliminé et à tremper le panneau (2). <IMAGE>
