A signal converter (15) and an I/O unit (17) with serial electronic analyser (16) are integrated in the test line (3, 14). A first switching valve (2) and a second switching valve (5) are provided between a pressure source (1) and the component for checking (12, 13). By means of the above, the component for checking can be pressurised with a first pressure, a second pressure generated in a storage chamber (10) and the component (12, 13) pressurised with the second pressure.
