Abstract (en)

A support system for a floor mounted shower tray has a grid assembled from strips of hard plastic foam covered by a toughened plastic sheet into which is cut a hole for the drain. The strips are cut from a foam sheet coated on both sides with fibre reinforcing layers and are shaped to fit over each other to form a self supporting grid. The top of the grid is shaped to provide a drainage slope towards the drain hole, with the outer strips having a horizontal surface. Plastic inserts and a drain adaptor complete the drain hole assembly.

Unterbau (100) für eine mit einem Ablauf (5) versehene Duschtasse, insbesondere eine Duschtasse für den bodengleichen Einbau, wobei der Unterbau (100) aus zwei übereinander angeordneten Elementen besteht, nämlich aus einem aus Hartschaumstoff-Leisten gebildeten Gitterwerk (1) mit einer planen oder konkaven Oberfläche (8), und einer Zwischenplatte (3) aus armierten Hartschaumstoff, die mit einem Durchlass (16) im Bereich des bei der Duschtasse vorhandenen Ablaufs versehen ist, die auf das Gitterwerk (1) aufgelegt ist und auf die die Duschtasse aufsetzbar ist. <IMAGE>
