The unit (1) indicates 2the identification of an LED devices (2) via an identification stage (7) and provides a corresponding operating power for the latter under control of a control stage (6), connected to a power output stage (5). The identification stage delivers an electrical parameter to the LED device and provides its identity from the characteristic impedance or resistance of an identification circuit (3), with a single pair of terminals (4a,4b) used for identification of the LED device and delivery of the operating power. Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Versorgungseinheit (1) zum Erkennen der Identität und zur Leistungsversorgung von LED-Einheiten (2). Die Versorgungseinheit (1) ermittelt zunächst über eine Erkennungseinheit (7) die Identität einer angeschlossenen LED-Einheit (2) durch Anlegen einer elektrischen Größe und Empfangen einer im Ansprechen darauf von einer Identifikationseinheit (3) erzeugten weiteren elektrischen Größe. Über eine Steuereinheit (6) kann über die ermittelte Identität anschließend die für die LED-Einheit (2) erforderliche Leistungsversorgung bestimmt und diese über eine Ausgabeeinheit (5) an die LED-Einheit (2) ausgegeben werden. Sowohl die Erkennung der Identität als auch die Leistungsversorgung erfolgen dabei über die Versorgungsanschlüsse (4a, 4b). <IMAGE>
