Abstract (en)
The supply process supplies powder (4) to a powder paint atomizer (1). The powder is forced through the supply line (2) by a pig (3) and is fluidized on the side facing the pig. The fluidizing air can be supplied to the powder through a central passage (9) in the pig or through an air-permeable wall in the supply line. The pig-displacing medium is used for dosing the powder.

Zur Versorgung eines Pulverlackzerstäubers wird das Beschichtungspulver (4) von einem Molch (3) durch die Versorgungsleitung (2) gedrückt und hierbei auf der dem Pulver zugewandten Seite des Molches (3) fluidisiert. Die Fluidisierungsluft kann dem Pulver (4) beispielsweise durch eine zentrale Durchlassöffnung (9) des Molches (3) oder durch eine luftdurchlässige Wand der Versorgungsleitung (2) zugeführt werden. Zum Dosieren des Beschichtungspulvers (4) wird das den Molch (3) antreibende Schiebemedium verwendet. <IMAGE>
