Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1380363A1] The bending machine for tubes (19) has a machine base body (2) on which a tube holder (18) moves in the tube feed direction (26) relative to the bending tool (6). On at least one side running in the feed direction, the base body widens towards the bottom, decreasing the clearance from the tube holder transversely to the tube feed direction, forming at least one bevel.
