Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1380467A1] A weather awning is attached to the front end of a vehicle e.g. caravan. The awning rail anchorage slides into groove (III) within a profiled batten (1) that has a supplementary lamella (6) which at least partially covers the groove (III).
