Abstract (en)
The smoke clearing device (10) comprises a skylight frame (14) arranged in a complementary housing (16) of the roof (12) of a building and which delimits a discharge culvert (18), of the type having at least one opening (20) that is movable w.r.t the skylight frame between closed and opened positions. The device includes at least a windshield (24) that extends vertically upwards beyond an edge of the skylight to upwardly prolong the discharge culvert (18) in its deployed position to enable evacuation of smoke/fumes in windy conditions and independent of the wind direction.

L'invention propose un exutoire de désenfumage (10), du type comportant une costière (14) périphérique d'axe globalement vertical qui est prévue pour être agencée dans un logement complémentaire (16) du toit (12) d'un bâtiment et qui délimite un canal d'évacuation (18), du type comportant au moins un ouvrant (20) qui est monté mobile par rapport à la costière (14) entre une position fermée d'obturation du canal d'évacuation (18), et au moins une position d'ouverture au moins partielle du canal d'évacuation (18), et du type comportant au moins un volet (24) pare-vent qui s'étend verticalement vers le haut au-delà d'un bord supérieur (14t, 14ℓ) de la costière (14) de sorte à prolonger le canal d'évacuation (18) vers le haut, au moins sur un côté, caractérisé en ce que le volet (24) est monté mobile par rapport à la costière (14) entre une position escamotée et une position déployée dans laquelle il prolonge le canal d'évacuation (18). <IMAGE>
