Abstract (en)
The crimping press has a magazine feed (KA) of the metal connectors that are attached to a bandolier (KO). The unit fits in the lower section of the press in which the end of a wire is positioned in a connector and is then crimped by the tool (OW). The bandolier passes from a reel (30) over a tensioning roller to the lower tool (UW).

Bei dieser Crimppresse (CR) ist eine von der Rückseite der Crimppresse (CR) her einschiebbare Kassette (KA) vorgesehen, wobei eine Kontaktrolle (30) einen Vorrat an gegurteten Crimpkontakten (20) lagert. Ein Kontaktgurt (KO) umschlingt eine Spannrolle (32) und wird bogenförmig 90° gedreht auf ein Unterwerkzeug (UW) geführt. Ein Papierstreifenaufwickler (34) wird über ein Zahnrad von einem in der Crimppresse (CR) platzierten Gegenrad angetrieben. <IMAGE>
