Abstract (en)

[origin: WO02076636A1] The invention relates to a scraper rake (1) for a disc-screen and shaft cleaning device, comprising a rake flight (13), which acts as a carrier for a plurality of blade-type tines (4). Said tines project into the intermediate spaces between the disc screens, are directed towards the disc-screen shaft and have at least two opposing finger-type cutting edges (10) with a cavity located therebetween. According to the invention, the rake flight (13) has a tubular configuration for accommodating tines (4) that can be pivoted and/or radially displaced around the longitudinal axis of the flight. A plurality of cylinder segments and bores, which lie opposite said segments, are countersunk (15) into the upper tubular region of the flight. The tines (4) comprise a tine base with a shoulder (6) and have a threaded section (7), said shoulder (6) forming a stop for a cylinder spring (12), which is supported on the lower region of the flight's tubular interior when assembled. A circular, cap-type dirt-guard (17) is also provided above the shoulder and the tines comprising tine base and threaded section are fixed to the rake flight by means of the countersunk cylinder segments and bores in an interchangeable and adjustable manner.
