[origin: WO02086263A1] The invention relates to a door or window hinge (1), wherein two hinge parts (2, 3) cooperate with one another and can be rotated about a common hinge axis (4). A hinge part (2) has a lug (6) that can be inserted in a hinge leaf casing (5), wherein said lug (6) can be rotated about an axis bolt (7) oriented parallel to the hinge axis (4) and the adjustable pivoting position thereof can be fixed. The lug (6) can be moved three-dimensionally in the hinge leaf casing (5), wherein it can be fixed in a self-locking manner in all directions.
