[origin: WO02086309A1] An injection valve member (30) for closing or opening the injection orifices (28) of a valve seat element (18) is integrated, in a longitudinally displaceable manner, into a central housing bore (40; 42) of a fuel-injection valve (1). The valve seat element (18) is fixed to the housing (14) and the part (22) of said element that comprises the injection orifices (28) and the seat (26) projects out of the housing (14). Elements (80) for determining the rotational position of the valve seat element (18) in relation to the housing (14) are provided on the exterior of said part (22). The fuel injection valve (1) requires simple production and assembly engineering and permits a slimline injector configuration for both large and small internal combustion engines.
