Process comprises positioning a splitting roller (10) with a pointed separating edge (12) on the workpiece (1) rotating about an axis of rotation (14) and splitting off a material region (3). Cylindrical hub (5) is formed from this split-off material region using at least one post-forming roller (20). Before the end molding step the split-off material region is provided with a defined curve shape. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) Splitting roller with a pointed separating edge; (2) Intermediate molding roller; and (3) Pressure rolling machine.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum spanlosen Anformen einer zylindrischen Nabe (5) an einem Werkstück (1), bei dem eine Spaltrolle (10) mit einer spitzwinkeligen Trennkannte (12) an das rotierende Werkstück zugestellt und ein Materialbereich (3) abgespalten wird. Aus dem abgespaltenen Materialbereich wird durch wenigstens eine Nachformrolle (20) die zylindrische Nabe endgeformt. Eine Verbesserung der Maßhaltigkeit der Nabe wird dadurch erreicht, dass vor dem Endformen der abgespaltene Materialbereich mit einer definierten Kurvenform versehen wird. Die erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine für das Verfahren vorgesehene spezielle Spaltrolle sowie eine Zwischenformrolle (30). <IMAGE> <IMAGE> <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
