Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1383101A1] The front side (18) of the screen (14) is formed by a transparent plastic sheet (16) with a translucent dye (20). At the rear (22), it is backed by a symbol field (26, 28). The rear (22) is formed by back injection molding of opaque plastic against the sheet, leaving the symbol field(s) clear.
