Abstract (en)
[origin: WO02081903A1] According to the invention, the axial force is freely exerted on the pinion, by means of a meshing rod which is positioned in the hollow region of the rotor shaft, said axial force being transferred to the meshing rod from the meshing spring of the moveable core of the disconnecting electromagnet, and simultaneously rotates the pinion with reduced torque from the rotor, said torque being created by the influence of the permanent magnets with high remanence. The course of the axial pressure of the moveable core of the disconnecting electromagnets is constant in terms of the torque created by the rotor when the pinion teeth directly mesh with the flywheel teeth of the internal combustion engine, but changes in the event of the pinion teeth pushing against the flywheel teeth in the internal combustion engine. The meshing spring springs as a result of the force of pressure produced by the disconnecting electromagnets; the surfaces of the pinion teeth slip on the surfaces of the flywheel teeth as a result of the reduced torque of the rotor; and the pinion teeth are rotated in relation to the flywheel teeth in the position in which the pinion teeth are meshed with the flywheel teeth.
