Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1384416A1] The packaging and application device comprises a container (10), a porous or fibrous application part (20) able to communicate with the product through a passage (45). The passage opening/closing part comprises a movable part able to rotate about the container axis (X) between passage closed and open positions. A closing plug (50) is fixed by means of a thread (54) on the opening/closing part so as to constitute a closed housing (51) for the application part. An Independent claim is included for a use of the device for removing nail varnish.
