Abstract (en)
To create a pattern, three colours (3.1,3.2,3.3) can be deployed in the yarn system. The carrier layer and the yarn system are initially needled from the carrier side and subsequently from the opposite side. The yarn system is initially combined with a staple fibre pile (2) to form a nonwoven. The nonwoven is fed to a carrier layer by a nonwoven side facing away from the yarn system. An Independent claim is made for the textile structure manufactured by using the process.

Zur Herstellung eines textilen Flächengebildes (4) wird zunächst ein Fadensystem (3) mit einem Stapelfaserflor(2) zu einem Vliesstoff verbunden. Anschließend wird auf die dem Fadensystem (3) abgewandten Seite des Vliesstoffs eine Trägerschicht (5) aufgebracht und die Schichten zunächst ausschließlich von der Seite der Trägerschicht (5) her vernadelt. Anschließend werden die Schichten von der gegenüberliegenden Seite vernadelt. Das Fadensystem (3) erstreckt sich über die gesamte Höhe des textilen Flächengebildes (4).
